First of all, poor Leo.
Let’s just take a moment to think about what an absolute babe he is. Oh, and how many amazing films he’s been a part of without winning one single Oscar.
Second of all, Jennifer. Again? Someone needs to get this girl some flats- or at least a tall, handsome man to hold her up at all times.
Bradley Cooper showed us how to take the best selfie ever, while Pharrell managed to dance with Amy Adams, Meryl Streep and Lupita Nyong’o during his performance of Happy.
Meanwhile, we were sitting on the couch in our PJ’s and ugg boots clinging to an enormous bowl of popcorn and wondering why Margot Robbie got to kiss Leo instead of us.
Now, we all know you can’t actually see any shoes at the Oscar’s, but let’s play pretend and guess what could have been underneath those long gowns.
Margot Robbie showed us her dark side in a black, beaded, Saint Laurent gown. Matching a dark lip to her fresh brunette locks, she’s nailed this look. Paired with Kris and she’s a winner.
First-time Oscar winner, Lupita Nyong’o, graced the red carped in a powder blue Prada gown that knocked our socks off. Delicate touches of gold and a diamond headband would have worked well with Karlita.
Emma Watson channels classic beauty in a Vera Wang dress. The simple silver detailing on Kaiden ties back well with the metallic mesh top and Chanel jewellery.
Our very own golden girl, Cate Blanchett, stole the night. Not only winning the Oscar for Best Actress, but her Armani Privé gown and Chopard jewellery wins the red carpet too. Just add Aliza and she’s got our vote for life.
Until next year, Oscar. It’s been a pleasure
